Olga’s action is trying to display the out group homogeneity effect. The out group homogeneity effect is where the perspective of a person is being affected in a way that they think that other people resembles or are alike with others. It is seen in the scenario above as Olga thinks Americans are the same because of the traits she knows of them without even having the knowledge of they may be different from one another.
