mRNA (messenger RNA). It is transcribed from DNA, which can't leave the nucleus normally, so genes can be expressed.
A nucleus is the organelle containing DNA (the "control center"), ribosomes are the site of protein fabrication, and tRNA "carries" the amino acids to mRNA.
