First of all...Does is spelled DOES not Dose and as for the rest of this question, I am not sure how you expect anyone to answer this question without more background information. Sorry!!

First of all it is "does" but if I know what you are talking about it is about that passage that refers to a deer, elk, moose, or other deer-like animal, it means his antlers are swinging up and down as he runs.
