The formula for the slope of a line is m = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1).

Point 1 = (1, -19)

Point 2 = (-2, -7)

m = (-7 - -19) / (-2 - 1)

m = (-7 + 19) / (-2 - 1)

m = 12 / -3

m = -4

Hope this helps! :)
