Inclusion/exclusion principle:

[tex]P(A\cap B)=P(A)+P(B)-P(A\cup B)[/tex]

[tex]\implies P(A\cap B)=\dfrac9{18}+\dfrac5{18}-\dfrac3{18}=\dfrac{11}{18}[/tex]
