What is "macula non est in te" in English?

This is Latin, and if you ever need help in Latin I am always available to help I have taken 6 years of Latin. :)

Macula non est in te means ," There is no spot in you."
Macula means spot, non is no, est is is, in is just in, and te is you.
I am guessing this is some type of religious quote referring to something like there is not hope in thee.
