The phrase “historic” is usually used to explain issues which are very outdated or that belong to the distant previous. For instance, we’d say that the pyramids of Egypt are historic buildings, or that the dinosaurs had been historic creatures.
The phrase “historic” will also be used to explain issues which are old school or old-fashioned. For instance, we’d say that somebody’s garments are historic, or that their concepts are historic.
